I was wondering what happened to the mac n cheese with mushrooms and truffle oil I had at the vegan festival, I didn’t see it on the menu?
Hi Peggy. So happy to hear you found something you loved at the Vegetarian Food Festival this past weekend. I wish I could provide a lead to you for who was sharing this dish, but I did have the opportunity to explore. We are the vegan restaurant in Park Slope, Brooklyn who was sampling the vegan, gluten-free chocolate chip cookie. Thank you for checking out our menu. I work from home and came in today to enjoy the weather while catching up on some work. It’s been over a year since the first time I stopped in, and only ordered a smoothie at that time. I’m so glad I came back to have an actual meal. I had the Bloom Burger and my oh my was it tasty! I can’t wait to come back and try the Reuben Special and also the brunch. Also, the young lady working today was very nice and cordial. Get used to me, I will surely be back!
