Sun In Bloom’s Bakery is a specialized bakery dedicated to creating high quality, gluten-free, vegan, and mostly organic confections. Guests who have a gluten intolerance or celiac disease can take comfort in knowing Sun In Bloom’s chef & founder, Aimee Follette, lives with celiac disease. She is inspired to create recipes that deliver an over-the-moon delicious and pleasurable experience, and that are both nourishing and healing to the body.
Sun In Bloom does not use refined sugar and the majority of our desserts are sweetened with agave nectar, a low-glycemic syrup. We also use coconut oil, which is very nourishing to the body. Coconut oil is easily digested and high in lauric acid. Studies indicate it can help kill bacteria and yeast, promote healthy heart function, regulate cholesterol levels, fight viral infections and boost metabolism.
Orders are taken Monday through Friday between 11:00 AM and 7:00 PM. Please provide us with 48 hours notice for all orders. During the holidays, our orders tend to book up a few weeks in advance, please call accordingly.
