I ended up in the hospital this past May and was given a strict diet to follow. I’m still recovering from my heart condition and receive Meals on Wheels daily. A great organization who serve mostly vegetables. I’m feeling so much better with good nutrition. I am slowly becoming Vegan, along with Bill Clinton and others I respect. My cousin is now having severe health issues and her diet will drastically need to change also. Thanks for being where I could find you. I’m clear across the country in Portland, OR.
